Our History:

​David Sindt, owner of Cyclone Fence, began his fencing journey at just 13 years old. He worked alongside his stepfather, learning the ropes of fencing. About a decade later, in 1998, he saw the opportunity to start his own fencing business. Dave gathered a small group of men in need of a job and started his company, formally called Apple River Fencing. Every night, Dave and his crew loaded their work trucks with all the supplies they needed for the jobs they had the next morning. The crew would then head out to their first job of the day and tackle each one until all their scheduled jobs were finished. But, to Dave, it wasn’t just about getting the work done; it was about doing it right. As the business started to grow, and Dave saw a bigger vision for the company, they rebranded the name to Cyclone Fence. This name reflects the strength, drive, and resilience this company has. From day one, Cyclone Fence has been satisfying customers. Clients have always been amazed by Dave's hard work and dedication to creating a high-quality, durable fence. He trains his workers to build fences with just as much precision and care as he does. Besides putting in stellar fences, we have always valued our customers.
